Every Prajeeva programme begins with a physician consultation and a comprehensive biomarker assessment. Your physician designs a clinical protocol tailored to your specific health priorities — whether those centre on longevity, metabolic health, cognitive performance, hormonal balance, recovery, or a combination of these. You choose the depth of engagement. Your physician designs the clinical content within it. This is not a wellness package. It is a structured, evidence-based clinical intervention with measurable outcomes. All Prajeeva programmes are clinically led by physicians with active senior consultant standing at established hospital networks.

How To Start

Every programme begins with an Initial Consultation. This is a 60-minute appointment with a Prajeeva physician — a clinical conversation covering your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. There are no forms to complete in advance. Bring any relevant medical reports, blood work, or imaging you have from the last two years.

Initial Consultation fee: Rs. 3,500 (60 minutes). If you proceed to a programme within 60 days, this fee is credited against your programme fee.

Not sure which programme is right for you? Book a free introductory call with our clinical coordination team before committing to your Initial Consultation. This is an informal 15-minute conversation — not a clinical consultation — to help you understand which programme fits your needs and timelines.

Standalone Therapy Access

Prajeeva’s advanced therapies are also available as standalone sessions for patients who are not yet enrolled in a programme. A free 20-minute clinical screening is required before your first use of any advanced therapy. The clinical screening fee is credited toward programme enrolment if you join within 60 days.

What Is Not Included

Programme fees cover all physician consultations, the biomarker panel as specified for each tier, clinical protocol design, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and the therapy sessions included in your programme as clinically indicated.

The following are not included in programme fees and are charged separately where applicable:

  • Any additional diagnostic investigations beyond the included biomarker panel, if clinically recommended

  • Prescription medications or supplements

  • Additional therapy sessions beyond those included in your programme (available at standalone rates above)

  • Specialist referrals to external providers

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose which physician I see?

Yes, you are welcome to express a preference at booking. By default, our clinical coordination team allocates the consulting physician whose expertise best matches the primary clinical focus you describe in your booking enquiry. Patients with mixed clinical priorities are routed through the consulting physician best positioned to lead their initial assessment.

Can I upgrade my programme mid-way?

Yes. If you are enrolled in Prajeeva Essentials and wish to extend to Prajeeva Complete or Prajeeva 365, your clinical team will advise on the transition. A pro-rated credit for time remaining in your current programme applies.

Are the programmes available via telehealth?

The Initial Consultation and physician review appointments can be conducted via telehealth for patients outside Bengaluru. Advanced therapy sessions require in-person attendance at the Whitefield centre.

Do you accept insurance?

Preventive medicine and functional medicine services are not currently covered under standard Indian health insurance policies. Prajeeva provides detailed GST-compliant invoices that may be used for tax purposes where applicable. We recommend confirming with your insurer directly regarding any potential claims.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact our clinical coordination team as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
