Premium Healthcare for the People
Who Run Your Organisation

Prajeeva’s Corporate & Executive Wellness programmes bring physician-led longevity medicine, precision diagnostics and advanced bio-optimisation to the leaders, founders and high-performance teams who carry the cognitive and physiological load of modern Indian business. Not generic wellness. Not annual health checks. Not lifestyle workshops. This is the same clinical platform we deliver to individual patients — structured for organisations who recognise that the health of their people is the foundation of their performance.

The Real Cost of Poor Executive
and Workforce Health

Most organisations track productivity, performance and output. Very few measure the biological cost of producing that output. Yet the silent cost is substantial — and increasingly quantifiable.

Discuss the Investment Case for Executive Health

Two Distinct Programme Offerings

Prajeeva offers corporates two structured programme types, designed for different populations within the organisation. Both can run independently or together, and both can be tailored to specific sector, demographic and clinical priorities.

#01

The Executive Health Programme

Designed for C-suite executives, founders, board members and senior leadership. Premium per-executive pricing. The full Prajeeva clinical platform delivered as a structured 12-month executive health partnership.

  • Comprehensive baseline assessment — full longevity biomarker panel including ApoB, Lp(a), HOMA-IR, hs-CRP, homocysteine, Omega-3 Index, full hormonal panel, advanced lipid profiling and cognitive battery.

  • Biological age assessment — PhenoAge calculation included; epigenetic age (TruAge / GrimAge) available as a premium add-on.

  • VO2 Max, body composition (BIA) and grip strength baseline.

  • Sleep architecture assessment via wearable integration.

  • Personalised intervention protocol designed by the consulting physician.

  • Advanced therapeutic access — HBOT, IV NAD+, Ozone MAH, Neurofeedback, HRV Biofeedback, Whole-Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy & PEMF.

  • Quarterly biomarker monitoring with physician review.

  • Six-monthly cognitive battery reassessment.

  • Monthly 30-minute physician consultation (in-person or telehealth).

#02

The Workforce Wellbeing Programme

Designed for broader employee populations — typically 50 to 500 employees across senior management, mid-level professionals and specialised teams. Tiered investment structure based on organisation size and programme depth.

  • Annual comprehensive health assessment for every enrolled employee — longevity biomarker panel adapted to demographic risk profile.

  • Individual physician consultation following assessment — every employee receives personalised interpretation, not a generic report.

  • Risk stratification across the workforce — employees flagged for cardiovascular, metabolic, cognitive or mental health concerns are routed into appropriate intervention pathways.

  • Targeted intervention programmes for at-risk employees — 12 to 20 week structured pathways for those needing active clinical attention.

  • Workforce-wide education modules — sleep, cognitive performance, metabolic health, recovery.

  • Optional executive-tier upgrade pathway for senior employees identified as needing deeper clinical care.

  • Aggregate workforce health reporting to the employer (anonymised, population-level).

What We Actually Measure
and What Improves

Corporate wellness programmes too often measure participation — how many employees attended a session, downloaded an app, joined a step challenge. Prajeeva measures biology. The metrics that matter are the metrics that connect directly to health and performance.

What We Measure?

Why It Matters?

Biological Age Trajectory

Aggregate biological age improvement across the cohort, tracked annually. The single most powerful indicator that a wellness programme is actually working at the cellular level.

Cardiovascular Risk Markers

ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP improvement across the leadership team. The most accurate predictors of cardiovascular events — the highest-cost preventable health crisis for any organisation.

Metabolic Health

HOMA-IR, HbA1c, fasting insulin, visceral adiposity. Insulin resistance is the precursor to type 2 diabetes, which now affects 11% of Indian adults and rises sharply in the 40–60 leadership demographic.

Cognitive Performance

Validated cognitive battery measuring processing speed, working memory, sustained attention and executive function. Tracked against employee’s own baseline.

Sleep Architecture

Time in deep and REM sleep, sleep onset latency, nighttime awakenings, HRV during sleep. Sleep quality is the single strongest predictor of executive decision quality.

Cardiorespiratory Fitness

VO2 Max measurement. The single strongest predictor of all-cause mortality — each MET increase associated with 10–25% mortality reduction (Mandsager et al, JAMA Network Open 2018).

At programme exit, the organisation receives an annual aggregate health report showing measurable, biomarker-tracked improvement across the enrolled population — with full individual confidentiality preserved. This is the data CHROs and CEOs need to evidence wellbeing investment and justify continuation.

Review a Sample Aggregate Report

Confidentiality Is Absolute

confidentiality

Senior executives will not engage honestly with a corporate health programme if they fear their individual results may be visible to their employer. Prajeeva’s programme is built around explicit, contractual confidentiality protections that make engagement possible.

How Confidentiality Works?

  • Individual health results, biomarker data, cognitive assessments and physician consultation content are confidential to the employee and the Prajeeva clinical team. They are never shared with the employer.

  • Employers receive only aggregate, anonymised population-level data — cohort biological age trajectory, cohort biomarker distributions, engagement metrics. Individual employees are never identifiable in employer reporting.

  • Cohort sizes for aggregate reporting are protected by minimum-N rules to prevent indirect identification. No employer report ever discloses results for a group small enough to risk de-anonymisation.

  • Specific medical conditions, mental health concerns or sensitive findings are never disclosed to the employer, even in aggregate, without the explicit written consent of the affected individual.

  • These protections are documented in the corporate engagement contract and the individual employee enrolment agreement.

An executive health programme that does not protect confidentiality is a surveillance programme. Prajeeva builds confidentiality into the architecture, not as an afterthought.

Built Around Your Sector’s
Specific Health Realities

Different workforces carry different clinical risk profiles. A consulting firm’s senior leadership has different priorities from a hospital’s clinical staff, who in turn differ from a manufacturing CEO or a technology founder. Prajeeva’s programmes are configured around the specific risk patterns of the sector and demographic.

How Implementation Works?

Prajeeva’s corporate engagements are designed to be clinically rigorous without being operationally burdensome for the employer. Three implementation models are available depending on workforce size, location and programme depth.

Model 1 — Centre-Based

All assessments, interventions and consultations delivered at Prajeeva’s Whitefield clinical centre. Suitable for executive cohorts of any size and for workforces within Bengaluru. Patients book directly with the centre through a dedicated corporate scheduling channel.

Model 2 — Hybrid

Initial assessment and physician consultation at the Prajeeva centre, with ongoing monitoring, biomarker tracking and physician review delivered through telehealth. Suitable for distributed leadership teams, multi-city organisations and follow-up phases of intensive interventions.

Model 3 — On-Site

Certain components — biomarker collection, basic assessments, group education sessions — can be delivered on-site at the employer’s premises for larger workforce cohorts. Advanced interventions (HBOT, neurofeedback, IV therapies) require the clinical centre. Suitable for workforce wellbeing programmes covering 100+ employees.

Discuss Investment Sizing

Begin the Conversation

conversation

Corporate engagements at Prajeeva begin with an initial scoping conversation — typically a 45 to 60 minute call with the HR / People leader and one or more senior stakeholders from the prospective employer. There is no commitment at this stage. The objective is to understand the organisation’s priorities, workforce profile, leadership health concerns and budget context, and to determine whether a Prajeeva engagement is the right fit.

Following the scoping call, Prajeeva prepares a formal programme proposal tailored to the organisation — including specific package recommendations, investment indication, implementation timeline and outcomes framework. Contracting typically follows within 4 to 6 weeks, with programme launch 2 to 4 weeks after contract signature.
