Prajeeva Nutrition Bar - The Same Evidence Standard as the Clinical Centre

The Prajeeva Nutrition Bar is a small, curated retail point at the entrance of the centre. It is not a cafe in the conventional sense. There is no kitchen, no daily food preparation and no menu of made-to-order items. What it offers is something cleaner: a tightly selected range of evidence-graded longevity supplements, ready-to-consume drinks from quality suppliers, post-therapy nutrition packs, and clinically chosen snacks — all of it stocked because the evidence supports it, not because it trends.

Five Principles
Behind Everything We Stock

The Prajeeva Nutrition Bar operates under the same evidence standard as the clinical protocols at the centre. Every item on the shelf passes five tests.

Evidence First, Always

Every Supplement On The Shelf Has A Peer-Reviewed Evidence Base And Established Clinical Use. Nothing Is Stocked Because It Is Trending. Items Currently Lacking Sufficient Human Trial Data Are Explicitly Not Stocked.

No Added Sugar

Every Drink And Food Item Is Free Of Added Sugars — No Cane Sugar, No High-Fructose Corn Syrup, No Artificial Sweeteners. Natural Sugars From Whole Fruits Are The Only Sugar Source.

Quality-Certified Suppliers

All Items Are Sourced Through Fssai-Licensed Manufacturers And Distributors. Supplement Brands Are Selected For Third-Party Testing, Ingredient Transparency And Clean Formulations.

Sealed and Shelf-Stable, or Sealed and Refrigerated

No On-Site Preparation. No Daily Kitchen Cycle. Every Item Is Sealed, Batch-Coded And Either Shelf-Stable Or Maintained Under Cold-Chain. Items Are Quality-Checked At Delivery, Not Assembled On Site.

Curated, Not Extensive

We Stock The Items That Genuinely Matter — Not The Broadest Range. A Tightly Curated Selection Is Easier For Patients To Navigate And Easier To Maintain At Quality Standards.

The Supplement Shelf -
Curated, Evidence-Graded, Take-Homez

The Prajeeva supplement shelf is deliberately small. Ten to twelve items, each with a robust peer-reviewed evidence base, sourced from quality-certified manufacturers, sealed and ready to take home. These are the supplements that consistently appear in the public protocols of the world’s most evidence-led longevity practitioners — Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, David Sinclair, Rhonda Patrick, Bryan Johnson — filtered for what the research actually supports.

Supplement

Typical Dose

Why is it on the Shelf?

Omega-3 (EPA/DHA)

2–4g daily

Anti-inflammatory: reduces IL-6, TNF-α, CRP. Cardiovascular and cognitive benefit. Strong Grade A evidence. Universal across longevity stacks.

Vitamin D3 + K2

D3 : 2000–5000 IU;
K2 (MK-7) : 100–200 mcg

D3: immune regulation, bone density, mood. K2: directs calcium to bones not arteries. D3 deficiency prevalent in 70%+ of Indian adults. Grade A.

Magnesium Glycinate

300–400 mg

Cofactor in 300+ enzymatic reactions. Muscle relaxation, sleep quality, insulin sensitivity. Particularly relevant for the South Asian metabolic phenotype. Grade A.

Magnesium L-Threonate

145 mg evening

The only magnesium form that crosses the blood-brain barrier. Specifically targeted at sleep architecture and cognitive function. Used by Huberman nightly.

Creatine Monohydrate

3–5 g daily

Most researched supplement in existence. Muscle and brain phosphocreatine. Cognitive benefits (working memory, processing speed). Safe long-term. Grade A.

Ashwagandha (KSM-66)

300–600 mg standardised root extract

Adaptogen: reduces cortisol via HPA axis modulation. Sleep quality. Anti-anxiety without sedation. KSM-66 is the most bioavailable standardised extract.

Collagen Peptides (Type I/III)

20–30 g daily, post-session ideal

Glycine, proline, hydroxyproline as direct collagen substrates. Improved skin elasticity, reduced joint pain in RCTs. Take with Vitamin C for synthesis.

Liposomal Vitamin C

500–1000 mg daily

Collagen synthesis cofactor. Antioxidant regeneration of Vitamin E and glutathione. Liposomal form is 3–6× more bioavailable than tablets. Grade A.

CoQ10 / Ubiquinol

100–300 mg daily (Ubiquinol form)

Mitochondrial electron transport cofactor. Declines with age and statin use. Essential supplement for patients on statins. Grade B/A for cardiovascular.

Curcumin (BCM-95)

500–1000 mg

Inhibits NF-κB inflammatory pathways. Comparable to ibuprofen for knee OA pain in some RCTs. Only high-bioavailability form stocked (BCM-95).

Zinc (Bisglycinate)

15–30 mg daily

Immune T-cell activation, wound healing, insulin signalling. Widespread subclinical deficiency in predominantly plant-based diets. Grade A for immune function.

Probiotics (Multi-strain)

10–50 billion CFU — Lactobacillus + Bifidobacterium

Restores microbiome diversity. Produces butyrate (gut lining fuel). Gut-brain axis effects. 70% of the immune system is gut-associated. Grade A for gut health.

A note on what is not on the shelf: Exogenous ketones, hydrogen water tablets, BPC-157, TB-500, methylene blue and similar compounds either lack adequate human evidence at this time, require physician prescription, or have insufficient safety data for unsupervised retail use. The Prajeeva Nutrition Bar sells supplements — not hope.

Discuss Post-Session Nutrition

How the Nutrition Bar
Integrates With Your Programme

For patients enrolled in a Prajeeva clinical programme, the nutrition bar is part of the protocol architecture — not a separate concern. Supplement recommendations, post-therapy nutrition timing, and any specific dietary considerations are discussed in your clinical consultation and reflected in what you should collect when you visit the bar.

The gap between a clinical session and your next meal is a biological opportunity. What you eat in the hours after HBOT, cryotherapy, infrared sauna or IV nutrition therapy shapes how much of that session the body can convert into lasting change. The Prajeeva Nutrition Bar exists to close that gap — cleanly, simply, and to the same evidence standard as everything else inside the centre.
