The Prajeeva Nutrition Bar operates under the same evidence standard as the clinical protocols at the centre. Every item on the shelf passes five tests.
The Prajeeva supplement shelf is deliberately small. Ten to twelve items, each with a robust peer-reviewed evidence base, sourced from quality-certified manufacturers, sealed and ready to take home. These are the supplements that consistently appear in the public protocols of the world’s most evidence-led longevity practitioners — Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, David Sinclair, Rhonda Patrick, Bryan Johnson — filtered for what the research actually supports.
2–4g daily
Anti-inflammatory: reduces IL-6, TNF-α, CRP. Cardiovascular and cognitive benefit. Strong Grade A evidence. Universal across longevity stacks.
D3 : 2000–5000 IU;
K2 (MK-7) : 100–200 mcg
D3: immune regulation, bone density, mood. K2: directs calcium to bones not arteries. D3 deficiency prevalent in 70%+ of Indian adults. Grade A.
300–400 mg
Cofactor in 300+ enzymatic reactions. Muscle relaxation, sleep quality, insulin sensitivity. Particularly relevant for the South Asian metabolic phenotype. Grade A.
145 mg evening
The only magnesium form that crosses the blood-brain barrier. Specifically targeted at sleep architecture and cognitive function. Used by Huberman nightly.
3–5 g daily
Most researched supplement in existence. Muscle and brain phosphocreatine. Cognitive benefits (working memory, processing speed). Safe long-term. Grade A.
300–600 mg standardised root extract
Adaptogen: reduces cortisol via HPA axis modulation. Sleep quality. Anti-anxiety without sedation. KSM-66 is the most bioavailable standardised extract.
20–30 g daily, post-session ideal
Glycine, proline, hydroxyproline as direct collagen substrates. Improved skin elasticity, reduced joint pain in RCTs. Take with Vitamin C for synthesis.
500–1000 mg daily
Collagen synthesis cofactor. Antioxidant regeneration of Vitamin E and glutathione. Liposomal form is 3–6× more bioavailable than tablets. Grade A.
100–300 mg daily (Ubiquinol form)
Mitochondrial electron transport cofactor. Declines with age and statin use. Essential supplement for patients on statins. Grade B/A for cardiovascular.
500–1000 mg
Inhibits NF-κB inflammatory pathways. Comparable to ibuprofen for knee OA pain in some RCTs. Only high-bioavailability form stocked (BCM-95).
15–30 mg daily
Immune T-cell activation, wound healing, insulin signalling. Widespread subclinical deficiency in predominantly plant-based diets. Grade A for immune function.
10–50 billion CFU — Lactobacillus + Bifidobacterium
Restores microbiome diversity. Produces butyrate (gut lining fuel). Gut-brain axis effects. 70% of the immune system is gut-associated. Grade A for gut health.
A note on what is not on the shelf: Exogenous ketones, hydrogen water tablets, BPC-157, TB-500, methylene blue and similar compounds either lack adequate human evidence at this time, require physician prescription, or have insufficient safety data for unsupervised retail use. The Prajeeva Nutrition Bar sells supplements — not hope.

The snack selection follows the same logic as the supplement shelf: a small, evidence-led range of items that meet specific clinical objectives — protein adequacy, anti-inflammatory fat profile, low glycaemic load — with zero added sugar and no kitchen preparation required.
15 g protein per 100 g, shelf-stable, low GI, satiating. A clean savoury snack for patients between sessions or post-therapy.
Walnuts (omega-3 ALA, melatonin), almonds (Vitamin E, fibre), pumpkin seeds (magnesium, zinc, tryptophan). Single-serve sealed packs.
Flavonoids, magnesium (one of the richest food sources), reduced LDL oxidation in RCTs. Sealed individual squares.
Grain-free seed-based crackers (flax, sunflower, sesame) paired with single-serve almond butter sachets. Low glycaemic, clean protein and fat combination.
Pea + rice protein blend, unsweetened, in single-serve sachets. Patient can shake into a bottle of water or oat milk — no on-site mixing required. Useful post-session and as travel protein.
Dates, nuts, cocoa, chia. No added sugar (sweetness from whole dates). Refrigerated shelf-stable for 2–3 weeks. A clean alternative to commercial protein or energy bars.
All snacks are sold in sealed packaging with clear ingredient labelling, allergen disclosure and batch information.
Browse the Current Snack SelectionWhat you consume in the 30–90 minutes after a clinical session influences how much of that session’s benefit your body can convert into lasting biological change. The Prajeeva Nutrition Bar offers take-home nutrition packs designed around the specific replenishment needs of each clinical therapy.
These are not on-site mixed drinks. Each pack is pre-assembled, sealed, and includes the items and clear instructions for use. Patients collect a pack on exit and consume the contents at the appropriate window.
Post-therapy packs are available for collection on session exit, or can be pre-paid as part of programme enrolment. Each pack includes clear instructions on timing, consumption order and any precautions. The clinical team is available to discuss whether a specific pack is appropriate for any patient.
Discuss Post-Session Nutrition
For patients enrolled in a Prajeeva clinical programme, the nutrition bar is part of the protocol architecture — not a separate concern. Supplement recommendations, post-therapy nutrition timing, and any specific dietary considerations are discussed in your clinical consultation and reflected in what you should collect when you visit the bar.
Daily oral supplement stack (omega-3, Vitamin D3+K2, magnesium glycinate, CoQ10) coordinated with IV NAD+ protocol. Post-therapy packs for sauna, HBOT and cryotherapy sessions.
Magnesium L-threonate for sleep architecture. Creatine for cognitive performance. Omega-3 for neuronal membrane composition. Post-IV NAD+ pack for amino acid substrate.
Magnesium glycinate for insulin sensitivity. Vitamin D3+K2 for metabolic and cardiovascular support. Probiotics for the gut microbiome changes that accompany metabolic correction. Snacks selected for low-glycaemic profile.
Collagen peptides post-session. Liposomal Vitamin C for connective tissue synthesis. Curcumin for inflammation. Post-cryotherapy and post-sauna packs.
Ashwagandha (KSM-66) for cortisol regulation. Magnesium L-threonate for sleep. Curcumin for inflammatory load. Post-PEMF pack for ATP support.
All supplement and nutrition pack purchases by programme patients are recorded against the clinical record, so the clinical team has full visibility on what is being added to the protocol.

The gap between a clinical session and your next meal is a biological opportunity. What you eat in the hours after HBOT, cryotherapy, infrared sauna or IV nutrition therapy shapes how much of that session the body can convert into lasting change. The Prajeeva Nutrition Bar exists to close that gap — cleanly, simply, and to the same evidence standard as everything else inside the centre.
