Dr. Vishwanath is a UK-trained Consultant Forensic Neuropsychiatrist and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner with over two decades of clinical and leadership experience.
A Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists with higher specialist training in Forensic Psychiatry; Master of Laws degree; and Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Neurology from UCL, London, he has led multidisciplinary teams and contributed to the development of mental-health and neurorehabilitation services in the UK. As Medical Lead and Director, he played a key role in establishing and scaling hospital services that achieved combined annual revenues exceeding £10 million (Rs 100 Crore).
Dr. Vishwanath combines deep expertise in brain-behaviour medicine with preventive, performance, and longevity science — bridging psychiatry, neuroscience, and lifestyle optimisation.

PrajeeVa's Flagship Clinic
PrajeeVa is launching a 4,500 sq ft flagship centre in Whitefield, Bengaluru offering measurable, evidence-based interventions including:

- Ozone & IV Therapy
- Exercise with Oxygen (EWOT)

Each client undergoes a comprehensive, individualized assessment, followed by tailor-made
diagnostics and intervention pathways based on medical, metabolic, and performance parameters. All protocols are medically supervised, data-tracked, and outcome-measured, bridging clinical medicine and human optimization. The service lasts for a year including the initial assessment, diagnostics, tailormade interventions and subsequent followup/maintenance, as per PrajeeVa's proprietary treatment protocols.
Total cost for the full year long service would be Rs.2 lakhs. Clients would also be able to access individual/standalone therapies if deemed appropriate following initial consultation and client preference. The cost for this would vary according to the specific intervention.
